I have been in a few British cities myself (London, Manchester, Preston) and a smaller one (Blackpool) as well, and what I noticed is that, although what you say is true for the smaller cities, the big ones are shitskin shitholes.
And London, apart from a few expensive central districts, full shitskin.
You do see white men on the streets. But if you look for lodging, it is always an arab, or a chink who is the landlord, if you look at the posters in the streets, you only see nigger "actors" and advertisements.
