If Trump becomes the President, does the have the power to deport Illegal Immigrants?

If so, how will he do it?
>>
>>72478572
Yes

>how will he do it
The same way hitter rounded up all of the jews
>>
>>72478572
all presidents deport millions during their term

he would simply enforce it more strongly and deport more
>>
>>72478572
He has the power to deport them, most likely using laws that already exist, they are just not enforced by the current administration.
>>
He is sworn to uphold the laws of the nation. It is his constitutional duty
>>
>>72478572

Republicans control both the Senate and the House right now. They refuse to work with Obama on anything.

With Trump in office, congress will pass immigration legislation like its a beer sliding across a bar.

We going to paint little sombreros on Mexican businesses and homes? Make them wear like golden tacos on their sleeves with "frijol" written on it?
>>
He doesn't have that power but there are ways to do it. An executive order would allow it to be mandatory to present identification. Which would throw out tons of people right up until they legally create a stoppage.

They will hunt you down. You will not sleep a bean-wink because you will never know WHERE or WHEN the ICEmen cometh.

You may be taking a siesta with your gordita. You may be sawing a few ZZZs at Home Depot.
You may be watching Tigres get pounced.

They will strike.

Fast. Hard. No mercy.

No. He wants to send the kids that were born in America back to Mexico, even though they are protected under the 14th amendment. I support Trump but I even know hes only saying this shit to get media attention and for them to basically fund his campaign, which is pretty smart. There is a quote in one of his books that he over exaggerates to benefit himself. If someone can post that that'd be great. But no. Maybe he can deport a great deal of them, but certainly not the anchor babies and the parents of those anchor babies.

This.

Fuck, people actually think this is new?

>>
>>72480206
Well, I hope he will at least deports their parents. Not even a shitty 100 year old abuelita is above the law. Then they can use existing procedures to spend 10-15 years trying to get their parents back like legal immigrants already do right now.

After WW2 there were literally automated machine guns between east and west germany. Farmers complained when their cows wandered into their range.

I'm not sure if I want that at a whole level but part of me does. People don't realize that as a result Germany has had a communist body, and party ever since.
>>
>>72480206
He wants to send their parents back to Mexico. If that also means sending their children back with them then so be it. I do however agree that he won't be able to deport all parents of anchor babies and that it will be difficult

They're so buttblasted anything he wants done will have to be an executive order.

Every President has the power to deport illegal immigrants. They break the law, that's why they're called illegal. The executive enforces the law.

Actually, the president is supposed to deport the illegals.
But we have the misfortune of having a traitor in the White House who has sided with the sub-human trash.
Let's hope Trump is telling the truth about deportations.

Absolutely. They called illegal for a reason, they're here unlawfully.

All a president would have to do is instruct federal law enforcement to enforce the law after picking his cabinet and shit.

Every US post office is technically on sovereign Federal land. Trump will have Congress declare all post offices to be unorganized territory for a few weeks. Although it will be within the United States, these enclaves will beyond the jurisdiction of the Federal government.

Undocumented aliens will face felony charges if they don't register in a timely manner. To mail their paperwork they will have to drop it off at a US post office, in person.

The Mexicans will technically deport themselves when they enter the post office. When they walk out they will be registered alien residents on US soil.

This constructive deportation allows Trump to keep his promises without having to spend money rounding up millions of people

Lmao do you know how hard it is to become a US citizen? Its almost impossible unless you are a millionaire or marry an American. I for one am illegal but I would NEVER marry an american for papers. Thats fucking degenerate.
>INB4 Illegal
>Supports Trump
Trump is redpilled and i love that about him, but im not going to lie i am scared of him because of his views on immigration. I am here on the dream act, been in america for 17 years, 20 now, but i refuse to marry an american for papers. If he does become president and it comes to me actually getting possibly deported, ill fucking disappear and he wont fucking find me. I aint going back to fucking mexico. Nonetheless i still support the mother fucker.

Also Fuck this guy>>72480368
Hes a fucking faggot
>>
>>72478572
Just stop the money. To adults and children. As they pop up in our many systems you grab them, beat the shit out of them, shackle their ass, drive them to the border, and make them walk across into Mexico. Do not give them a sandwich or drink. Ask citizens to detain any illegals that pop in their system. Detain passively until cops roll up. Repeat step one. Do not forget the ass whipping. Very important.
>>
>>72479215
Which, according to the Bill of Rights if the representatives will not enforce the law then the citizens must and, also, take care of the traitorous representative. We, as citizens, are at the point if we do not protect our government the elected officials, through the corruption, will make it harder, each year to depose them. Like they say in time physics ; "theres no time like the present"!

>>
>>72479050
Only two presidents have deported more than a million, ever. W, and Obama. Bush deported around 2 million I believe, and Obama has already deported 2.5 million, and has recently started an agressive campaign against illegal central Americans.
>>
>>72478572

Constitutionally, immigrants are entitled to due process before deportation.

This means every immigrant that's deported by ICE has to have at least some hearing/trial. It doesn't have to be a formal trial like a citizen is entitled to, but it has to be some hearing in which the immigrant can make his case.

The problem with Trump's plan is two fold:

1. How is he going to get a force to deport 11 million illegal immigrants in all 50 states, and how is he going to go about catching them?

2. Every 11 million+ illegal immigrant must constitutionally have a hearing. This will bog down the court system terribly. It would be incredibly slow and near impossible to happen.

For problem no. 1, Trump could just expand executive power similar to the PATRIOT ACT and go out of his way forming an ICE police force that invades home and surveils the public at large for illegal aliens. If you think that's okay, you're probably in the minority.

For problem no. 2, he could give a ton of young jobless attorneys jobs as immigration judges for a ton of small tribunals to process through 11 million+ illegal immigrants. The Supreme Court hasn't stated what is adequate due process for deportation of an illegal alien, but there would be challenges if it didn't seem that the process was fair.

The process of creating that many tribunals and processing it seems huge, hard to manage, and likely full of legal challenges.

So there is a reason why people say it's not realistic to deport 11 million+ illegal immigrants. It's not realistic. It's an extremely long and difficult process to do it, and he'd have a lot of constitutional hurdles. Also, people who aren't aliens are likely to be affected negatively in the process.

I know this because I'm an attorney. I support the deportation, but realistically, it will be difficult for Mr. Trump.

Donald only has one motivation, and contrary to uneducated single white male belief that isn't to make America great again. He just want's to be president. He's not going to do shit. Especially not the hard stuff.

Oh that's if he could actually be elected. Which he can't.

He can enforce existing law instead of actively ignore it like Obama. If existing immigration laws were enforced, this by itself would do a lot.

Telling the branch of law enforcement, to do their job, and then funding them.
