You can't get a home address from an IP. The ISP will only reveal it with a court order and even then it's not made public, for the police eyes only as it's for the purposes of identifying the individual responsible.
Second, only reddit servers will have the IP address. I suppose it's possible to get hold of it but it is kinda pointless as you couldn't do much with it for the above reasons.
