I'm a professional cowboy and I use catheters. Been cowboyin' for 25 years. I've had 14 broken bones, 2 concussions and a punctured lung. I know pain and I don't want any more of it. Especially when I cath.
Go with a .22 and get the lightest one that's the easiest to maintain.

Full NBC respirator and all with spares to last 10 years. Pick and shovel, roll mat, sleeping bag with outer water proof bag, poncho, mess tins and KFS, metal mug, flint and steel, good knife, machete, combats woodland x 3, fleece x 1, water proofs x 1 (poncho can also be worn as extra water proof cape and hood).
You will need 2 x pair of boots with one pair being fully water proof and thermal insulated. Webbing + bergan, compass (nothing cheap) only genuine nato standard shit.

and the list goes on...
but try find any kit lists given out to soldiers before deploying to hostile environments to get an idea, some things can be skipped to save on weight for tours lasting only 3 - 6 months.

A few gallons of bleach should last years if you manage them well.
You can also make bleach yourself if you have access to the right chems
