Russia has the longest land border of any countries. A great wall must be built to keep the mongols and other unwanted peoples away. Russia has half a dozen mongol neighbors. Finland, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China and Best Korea. Imagine how long it's going to take before that wall is ready. Russia can't be a developed nation before it's built
