If it's something like essay questions, well that's definitely more subjective. However, if the questions are like:

She teaches writing, english 101/102 and some other lit courses.
A lot of the grade is subjective but I know how she grades. 30 points for meeting the length requirement and 30 points for using proper citations and following style guides. The rest she grades based off of whether or not it is college level work and how well constructed topics are. The other papers are almost purely her objective assessment. Too much subjectivity fails a lot of people it seems.
