Maybe try splitting your routine into push and pull days. IE pressing motions (press, squat, etc) one day, pulling motions (dead lift, chinup, curl) another day.
Add more auxillary/isolation work. Maybe 2 more exercises each day to compliment your major movements. IE, do tricep extensions and dips on your bench day, hammer curls and rows on your chinup days.
Add squats or leg press opposite of your deadlift day.
Consider adding another shoulder/abs day in between your push/pull day.
add mobility, stretching (post workout) and foam rolling to your routine to aid in recovery and muscle balance issues.

That's actually OK for a beginner. You need to incorporate squats. Starting Strength is a good program to begin with. The main thing is sticking with it - you won't see too much progress after one month. It took me about 7 or 8 months to make the transformation from average looking skinnyfat dude to someone with some muscle, and I was training hard, supplementing, and eating well. Creatine was helpful. I'm still not where I want to be but I'm getting there.

And you don't need to do forty different exercises per muscle group.
For example, for chest, I do 4 sets of 6-8 reps decline bench and two sets incline and that's it - titties are done for the day. Triceps is three sets of dumbbell kickbacks. You're done in less than an hour.

Personally, I believe that you should train both the posterior and anterior groups. Balance is important to avoid injury or issues with posture and muscle imbalance.
You don't need to go hard to enjoy the benefits of squats or deadlifts. They are an important lift and they're good exercise even if you aren't lifting huge numbers. A lot of people avoid dead lifts or squats because they worry about injury, or avoid resistance training in general because they're afraid of getting "too big", but honestly exercise in general is good and with weights you can vary the depth and intensity to suit your goals. I prefer squats over leg press because it requires more balance and core work so it's a good all around lift.

Personally, I do my legs with my shoulders because they're both short workouts and I do my dead lifts when I do my back and biceps.
Some people do "leg day" just because they want to do resistance training one more day a week, that's fine. Tattoos arent really masculine as much as they are just alternative. Maybe 1000 years ago Tattoos were masculine, when having them gave you warrior status and personal accomplishment; nowadays they are just for feeling like a special snowflake. Also, muscles? 99% of nu-males are scrawny, pudgyfat betas with no muscle to speak of. Beards I can agree with, maybe because growing a beard is easy and nu-males feel the need to connect with some form of masculinity without putting in any effort
