I just spent over a week in an E. Europe commbloc.
Elevator worked sometimes, it was gray as fuck on the outside, the hot water didn't exist, the toilet flushed poorly, and it was tiny by murricunt standards.
That said, I've lived in worse places in the US and at least my neighbors were all white. No nigger music blasting or anything like that, nobody pissed in the elevator like nigs do, and the a/c and heat were great.

Considering I've already dealt with short-selling a house which hit my credit badly, I'm not in the mood for buying a home unless I absolutely know that I'm going to be settling down in one place permanently. I work for my dad's company, and maybe 1/5th of my monthly pay goes to rent. On a good month I can make $20k easily in mileage fees and labor costs. My dad said he'll keep me here for a while due to medical issues I'm encountering, that way I can get better and get back to working. I used to live in an RV and didn't really like it. Grew up living in an RV and an actual commieblock, and I'll never go back to that life.
Again, average rent is that high considering this is what the average home in my area looks like. When you break it down, it's not that bad. I'm not paying $2k/month, I'm paying half that which includes utilities, cable, etc. Full service gym, pool, dog park, game room, bar, lounge, grills, outdoor rec area, and more.

Apartments in Las Vegas are really nice. Here's a layout of my apartment. Shits really big and I only pay $795 a month. We only have two nigger tenants since it's a little hidden. They still try to nig out the place though by hanging around outside in gang pods and hoot all afternoon.
