If I was in charge of a country I would first allow only very few, if any, immigrants. Then if the native population was becoming too diluted I would send the full-blooded non natives out. I would let the half-native half foreign children have a choice which parent they would live with. Killing the outsiders definitely wouldn't be my first plan though.
