They have increasing border cooperation and sponsored cross border social initiatives. Increased trade. They're both joining the SCO at the same time. Under a new world order you can bet your bottom yuan they're going to resolve the territorial issue very quickly. The whole India-Pakistan-China triple border issue will resolve swiftly to pave the way for economic growth. Same with Israel and Iran. Behind the headlines, the government apparatuses of both countries would love to drop the nonsense and make some money.
