I wear long skirts and shirts with sleeves on weather that goes up to 40 degrees celsius, or should I be exact somewhere around 50 degrees when I'm inside of a church. A cm more or less of shown skin won't do anything to save you from the heat, the real thing is to wear a light material that won't stick to your body, carry a deodarant and water everywhere with you, take a couple of showers a day, and in the end - just learn to deal with it.
