They implemented it because they believed society's current structure favours a capitalist system and needs to change to allow for communism... yes?
If that is the case and they have successfully hijacked academic institutions, how come corporations are so successful in the West? Even though cultural marxist agenda is being pushed by, say, the EU, in parallel to it runs the Transatlantic Trade Agreement with the USA?
Does the marxist elite have any interest in implementing economic communism anymore?

Because even though you may consider them useless, they are still 50% of the worker force that was before untouched, and 50% of the market that was before income-less and not able to have purchasing power. And that sounds great to any employer who has reached his cap in a country where only males can work.

Weaker competitors certainly cannot afford the taxation and regulations that follows Cultural Marxism.

Its not that they need to disappear, but they want everyone to turn a blind eye to the other rising ethinicities, and to give away their seat of power since they are the only ones that are willing to keep this from happening in order to preserve culture, national pride, and society as a whole.
You also do not need to be especially capable to flip a burger.
