Hitler gets a lot of shit for marching east. But I don't think his plan was all that bad. Most people say he s foolish for starting a two front war. But that is not where the problem for the Nazis was it was more or less about the British targeting Hitlers synthetic oil fields. Which was then again the Nazis fault for targeting British civilians. Due to the fact that Germany is basically land locked due to the British blockade, all the resources the Nazis stored was depleting and depleting fast. So to solve this problem Hitler did what he did best and invade. His target was none other than the soviet union. The power of the soviet union was not as reconcilable as it is today but to the Germans they were little more than a poor baby country that has a ton of land and raw materials to aid the war effort. Basically like every country Hitler invaded, which went very well with little losses and lots of territorial gains.
i'm interested in what other people put in the same position would do being that everyone discredits Hitler as a military leader due to his decisions regarding the soviet union.

Can someone explain to me the point of being graded in school? It does nothing but destroy the self-esteem of the low scorers and give the high scorers something to brag about. Not to mention grades don't mean anything. I'm a straight B-/C+ student and the A kids ask me for help on the hard stuff because all they are good at is following instructions. I'm the only one capable of having an intelligent conversation about politics with the history teacher, but that doesn't count towards the final mark.
