I have done that for over a year now : 1 big glass of fruit/vegetables juice a day (has to be made with a juicer not a blender so you get rid of the fibers while keeping micro nutrients), I lost about 30lbs of fat in the first months without having to exercise a lot
I feel much better overall, I stopped coffee and went for an almost gluten free diet (first thing to do) about the same time
