It makes it difficult to communicate with what a customer wants and is frustrating when they get mad at me for not knowing Spanish. German is the only language I want to learn. Why can't they just respect this country and its language by actually learning it? When my great great grandfather came here from Spain, he learned to read, write, and speak English.
