Free speech and the 1st Amendment is tricky in the context of schools. The Supreme Court is clear that while students do not abandon their constitutional rights at the schoolhouse gate, school administrators have a need to maintain discipline and order in the school. Hence, it's a balancing act between these two competing concerns.
Whether or not a school administrator's decision is sufficiently onerous to infringe upon a student's constitutional free speech is a very case-specific inquiry.
Broadly speaking, however, it is clear that a student's free speech rights are constrained and limited once he is at school, and that this is fine under the Constitution.

MPs voted 64-12 to criminalise paying for sex. People who do will be fined £1,200/€1,500 on the first offence, and €3,750 for the second offence which would go down on their criminal record; they'll also be made to attend classes about the harms of prostitution.
Being paid for sex, however, is legal in France.
France joins Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Northern Ireland in criminalising consumers rather than prostitutes.
The bill was introduced by the Socialists, of course. Back in 2003 Sarkozy was doing the opposite: he was making it illegal to stand in known prostitution areas in trashy clothing.

The new bill will also make it easier for illegal immigrant prostitutes to stay in France as long as they join government programmes to get them into legal work.
In France, prostitution itself – receiving money for sex - is not a crime. But activities around it are. Laws prohibit pimping, human trafficking and buying sex from a minor. Brothels were outlawed in 1946.
Imagine if police forces criminalised buying drugs and not dealing drugs. That would be the equivalent to this prostitution law.
