Thing is, this was a really harmless one compared some of the best pranks pulled off, that waste even more of peoples time. A prank that gets people worried, perhaps frustrated for nothing, yet relieved in the end is not a bad prank.

Problem: Will the prospect of free housing be an incentive for Bernie supporters to just become homeless so they can get free housing and ultimately be such a high demand that it costs the state more than it did to jail the current number of homeless people? The number of freeloaders only needs to triple before it is no longer cost effective.
Another question, do we need to jail the homeless? Tougher laws on the homeless keep being introduced.
