Why don't employers understand the struggle that low income employees go through every day? I notice it alot at my career. I show up every day to get my 4-8 hours in and get treated like trash. I could be using that time to better myself by attending school, but i can't not.

In my first week here there was a "comedy show" in I went to see and it was in fact just two """native""" Americans lecturing a group of students about how white people are raping their culture. They also went on a big rant about cultural appropriation and how wearing mocassins is akin to spitting on their ancestors' graves. Worst part of this was that a bunch of international students were there too and I heard some white girl lean over to her chinese fob friend and say "oppression, that's all you need to know about America and its history"
