Have you noticed that African immigrants tend to act more civilized and value intelligence more than the average African Americans? I've personally met several African immigrants who are very intelligent, respectable, and good people, and it puzzles me that there is such a marked differences between such people and the majority of African Americans, who seem to be caught up in a thug mentality.
