Is /pol/ just getting to me or does this actually happen? On german TV canals it feels like most men in commercials are dark, vaguely arabic/turkic looking men(whereas women are almost always white). Is this subliminal manipulation to get germans used to seeing more and more arabic men?

I've noticed similar things in British advertising where there's a disproportionate amount of black people in acting roles and advertising.
The strange thing is you rarely see Indian or Pakistani actors on tv, even though they're the largest population of non-whites in the UK.
