The shooter was of Afgan origin, but born in the U.S. - a citizen. A ban on incoming Muslims wouldn't do any good. If we propose banning all Muslims, even citizens, the sleeper cells are most likely just going to lie and state they aren't Muslim.
What the fuck can we do? Seriously? These sleeper cells are all over the U.S. and probably a good chunk of them are just like this asshole - born in the U.S.
