I think it will happen, because of how the elite have dealt with it (PM resigning and EU be resigning); it's not like they're ignoring the refs. result. I'm sure some of the hardcore lefties (lib-dems and a few Labour MPs) will try and repeal it, but most MPs have said they'll respect the result, since they know it would be political suicide.
