Haven't Nokias been able to shoot raw for years now?
>>2863168
Ah yes of course better throw away all my gear that I only bought because it could shoot in RAW
I shoot jpeg. Fuck your shitty phone, bro.
>>2863168
sensor size (noise performance), lens options, aperture control, metering modes, control over external flashes
>>2863216
android too
>>2863168
>tfw my year old HTC shoots RAW
>tfw this isnt new at all for android
>>2863260
Nobody cares about Android.
iPleb can shoot RAW now!
The word seems to be that the JPEG engines are good enough that the RAW is 90% of the time pointless because the cameras aren't that great that you can extract that much info from the RAW.
>all these people taking the bait
Wew lad
>>2863232
Fuck off ricky
>>2863233
all just memes and unnecessary gimmicks tbqh
I doubt iFags will edit their RAW.
iPhone will become just a fixed 2.8 wide lens in 1/561s point-and-shit
I rather fuji or a ricoh tho
fuck, finally, now to wait for Lr to add RAW edit support.
>>2863266
now that iphone has RAW im sure the cultists would change their mind
>>2863168
>1/2.6" gonna btfo my fool frame sony
hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Do iPhones still reload browser pages if the pages has already been loaded but you switched to another tab?
>>2863168
I wonder how large these will be. The LG G4 has 10-bit raws, meaning it will at most record 10 stops of dynamic range.
Hopefully DxO starts taking mobile phone sensors seriously after this (and actually measure stuff like they do with DSLRs, rather than give these pointless scores).
>>2863637
>Hopefully DxO starts taking mobile phone sensors seriously after this
hopefully retards stop taking dxo seriously after this
>>2863625
implying chrome doesnt do that
>>2863656
Huh? I've never experienced Chrome do that on my Android phone nor my PC?
It's a serious question. I'd love to get an iPhone for the camera but that whole reloading pages thing drives me absolutely insane.
>>2863625
Yea but after a certain time period. I think the algorithm is based on how long the pages are unvisited. It's a waste of resources desu and annoying af

>>2863641
Yeah, sure. Let's pretend they're not the #1 source of technical information on sensors and lenses. Their mobile score is a joke, but it's still more reliable than all these phone-enthusiast websites who know nothing about cameras.
