I really like these ones, I think the high contrast/black n white look works very well with your subject matter. Monolithic, monochromatic. These pictures are all interesting in their own right.

Here we get to shakier grounds, because such organic matter (grass) demands more gentle handed treatment than what we see here. The picture is almost monochrome, and the tons of info in the darks/highlights are being wasted away.
The compositions are fine, the cipped highs/blacks make the first one look messy, the second one gimmicky.

I'm not sure about the composition here, although its not bad, couls work well for a book cover or so. Here the picture's dynamic range is represented much better than in the previous set, I actually like the crushed blacks.

Nice scene, I think if you wanted to put the waterfall as your main subject the photo should be horizontal to accompany the motion/direction of that flow.
Overall I really think you have something going on here, I like your themes, there is something inherently black metal about your post processing. I suggest you to start experimenting with crushing the whites/blacks a bit less in general and opening the pictures' dynamic range up. Keep shooting, looking forward your future stuff!

Lowest ISO you can. f/7 seems ok for that scene, and then set shutter speed to however fast or slow it needs to be for the lighting conditions.
A good way to start is setting the aperture for the depth of field you need. So a small aperture f/7 and up for a landscape shot like that.
Then set the shutter speed and keep an eye on the meter.
If you notice that the shutter speed is too slow, then you should bump the ISO up to compensate and allow you to use a faster shutter speed.

Learn manual. You might not use it 100% of the time but it will help you get a feel for how each setting affects the others, and how you should change things to get the result you want.

The light leaves balancing the composition make it look awesome. But keep your subject (in this case, the waterfalls, or at least the bright part of them) inside the frame, and give it some breathing room.
For the rest, not saying they are bad, but they just don't grab my eye.
