Not very interesting in my opinion. The subject doesn't fit the background and is distracting. The re's too much empty space on the bottom third of the photo (cropping that might help, but that's just me). Also, I can't help but notice the noisiness of those clouds, I think the sky would be better if it was black/starry.

I like this one. The leading lines from the top of the train to the man's face work nicely. Again, nice composition, I like how the photo is sort of split in half and the right half has a distinct bottom, middle, and top in thirds (floor, train, ceiling). Not sure if the foreground being out of focus was intentional or not, but it works here.
