They're pretty comfy and give the whole city a weird fantasy vibe, but it's super hard to capture the experience or the essence of them on camera. I've tried forever, and I've never seen another photographer in town succeed.

I used to be extremely high concept, and still am to some extent, but I honestly just don't have time for a big project right now. I'm also not sure I'm smart enough to make a compelling series. I've been going back to basics over the last two years and trying to break out of my comfort zone. Sometimes it works, usually it doesn't.
