that's literally cityscape. as a genre. cityscape does not just refer to "city skyline" or whatever limited definition you might think about. the two pictures you've posted are cityscapes. pretty sights one can have of a city. streets, buildings, parks and alleys.
"street photography" refers to a different genre altogether, which focuses on the life in the streets, the people and the arrangements they can form at a particular moment.
