There's hardly enough content to C&C other than the fact that it's bland as majority of your shots consist of a single horizontal line across two textures & 0 subject. It's like a very bad Mark Rothok painting. The first image is by far the best, as its dynamic and actually has a subject. the thing that stands out most is your composition, which is awkward and to be blunt, bad. When you chose to crop in a cinematic manner you did not pay attention to the heads and faces you're cutting out. You're also shooting very randomly, the dialogue is completely absent. What I see is people staring off randomly and none of the photos reveal to the viewers what exactly is happening. If you're going to photograph events, my best advice is to capture the subject interacting with their environment. Be conscious of the internal dialogues and capture more of the background to give the viewers additional information on what's happening.

I tend to refrain from giving technical advices, I find them a bit pointless. Anyways I check'd out your account, pretty mundane; what I noticed off the bat is that you place your subject dead centre, every time, in addition, most shots in ever aspect are all perfectly sharp and in focus - this tells me you don't understand or know how to utilize depth of field, background, and foreground. My advice is for you to analyze your own pictures, find your subject and then rethink how you would redo the photo with the aim to eliminate excessive in-focus elements that doesn't add to or interact with the said subjects.
