Don't let my half-assed attempt at critique discourage you, though.
There's only one way of getting better at this, and that is getting out of the house and taking lots of pictures. You seem to have that covered already, so just keep at it - but you should really try and think what are you really capturing when you press the shutter - and then try to remove everything else from the frame, every other element that takes away from it.
The b&w photographs look really blue and the tonality is off for most of them.
A good habit is to shoot raw and process b&w in either camera raw or photoshop
you also need to work on exposure plenty of these would have been more successful had you gone up a stop or two.
