I like this one for some reason
I am not the one that normally complains about this, but the exposure is atrocious. First half of the images is horribly underexposed, last few overexposed. I also think the band photos that are so OOF are not very usable for the band. If you want to have images with high contrast, it is much better to increase the contrast during post processing or print on a high grade paper than underexposing and pulling out the highlights. (Because that will bring out a ton of noise.)

Yes that's what it means. I just got 3 boxes of it in the mail from B&H and they expired in 2014.

Get an exposure meter that can handle flash exposure. Most land cameras (including mine, which is a 250) have the widest aperture of f/8. Find a flash power that gives the exposure you want at f/8, then just sync them up. Believe it or not, most land cameras have a PC sync port. Any shutter speed is fine, just know that when you're indoors, it might be slow, so be careful not to blur with any ambient light.

I use the native flash that came with the Polaroid 360 Land Camera, but I think the 250 has a shutter sync port. Anon's advice above is good.
