There alot of tutorials about it look up california hipster or shit like that. If i remember correctly it was on Photoshop(not in this order)

If you're a pro bottomline is you provide what the clients want. This "hipster" style is what is "in" and what clients want. If you have a portfolio full of these hipster shots, you will be getting a lot of clients.

Bright soft light across your whole scene, add contrast, raise black point a bit. That one's really simple.
