I shoot almost professionally now but after about an hour of shooting my right hand hurts especially the bottom part of the palm because the camera feels to big. I don't have problem with the weight since I lift but having small hands suck. I don't like mirrorless though especially for pro work. What are my options?

#1 lifting weights and going to the gym is nothing more than masturbation. Go running outside and find something to lift. Do some self destruction for once fucking pussy.
#2 ehh you using a grip or what? Maybe try one of those straps that screws into the camera's tripod socket.
Lol, Op has tiny hands.

Note: Not OP but I have EDS and even I manage to lift my camera & lens despite dislocations.
OP is just being a whiny bitch and should either switch to Leica or GTFO out of Canikon etc.

I got rid of my t2i a few years ago for the exact opposite reason. My fingers are too long and the small grip was uncomfortable.
Nikon Df, I have been using one for work for more than a year.
The one BIG downside for pro work is no dual card slots..... Something you will have to consider.

Iggy? Is that you?
get a leica rangefinder
why don't you like mirrorless, because of lenses? i've used a7ii w/ battery grip (kinda counter intuitive, i know) and it was comfy af
