Anytime the aperture is shown as f/0 or f/1.0 it's because I used Olympus' 9mm fisheye. It has a fixed f/8 aperture, but doesn't report anything back to the camera's electronics.

The majority of images I'm not sure what the fuck I'm supposed to be looking at, it's either a whole lot of foreground, or a whole lot of sky. He's just looked at a scene and clicked the shutter, without taking any thought into account. Iceland is an incredibly picturesque place, yet these images are just plain boring to look at.

I can totally agree with this reasoning. The reason for the house being dead center is the lens used; otherwise you would've had massive curvature in the house and horizon.
However, there is no artistic merit in any of these shots. Merely documenting a good trip.

The only colour adjustment that I do is increase the vibrance and decrease the saturation. But only ever so slightly. Apart from that it's mostly what the scenery looked like.
