No problem with any of these man, postcards are always generic trash.
You probably won't even need to do better than the potato scans you already have, to be honest.

These gonna look like shit printed. Especially with that hipster filter/"vintage" film.

Subject wise, they're arguably okay, but they mostly seem exposed to the left with a no DR camera... or scanned that way.

I don't think they will usually make good prints...

I like the pics...good job. But I didn't say "Oh wow..I want to go there" to myself when I look at the pics. They are too dark and stormy. Maybe try brighter lighting/different time of day.

I never tried to make that sort of images either, or intend to do postcards. Anyway, most postcards tend to have that sort of an intention (combined with poor execution and horrible design choices), and if these are made, they might work from being alternative to that.

I really like your work, and as full prints I think you could find a market, but they might be a bit moody and solemn for post cards. Unless you've got a niche market tapped, you'll probably lose out to iPhone 6 photos of blue skies and pretty girls unfortunately. Print them big and try your luck at that though, because they'd definitely suit some interior design aesthetics.
