I don't know you ppl but when i'm /out/ i don't take muck care of my water bottle since when i have used a stainless steel one.... and i have started to appreciate the look of a good used bottle with fire marks on it and some scratches.
Let's see some of your most used one let's see how much time you have spent with it
>>706181
i'll start with a few of the picture that i most like ... also let's start a "water carrying system"

faggotry i have a stainless steel cup that has been in military service for 20 years and i have been using for years and it looks better than your faggy little shit you took camping once.
no scratches no sooth marks just clean shiny metal.
>>706197
Silly question, but what brand/what are they called are those cup holder things that are wrapped around the bottles? Is there anywhere I can get the full package?
>>706303
>Is there anywhere I can get the full package?

My Hydro flask. I wash it and keep it in a pouch on my backpack. I've had it for about a year and a half and it still looks new.

>>706230
that is bcs u are the biggest faggot on earth and go camping in the back yard of your house .....real man do manly stuff and gear gets scratches
>>706363
Or you could read his question and asked about a package.
>>706376
but maybe the fella couldnt find the 2 item that fit together and i was saving him a good 25 bucks
>>706369
if you clean them up to a nice polish no scratches anon.
i mean the cup is a bit less thick now than when it was made but i doubt i'm gonna have problems in my lifetime.
So this thread is only for metal water containers that have been put in a fire?
>>706386
no m8 i was hoping to start a water carrying thread since i have never seen one and i'm curious to see what my fella /out/ friend have
>>706386
this is my current urban/school/home edc for water carrying
>>706379
This is actually what I needed. Thank you friend
>>706429
u are welcome m8
Klean kanteen or nalgene bottle? Does it matter?
I needed something in 32 or 64 oz to boil water while camping.
>>706463
it all depends in your needs m8 the kk is made of 18/8 ss food graded and so it lighter the nalgen is made of 18/10 surgical ss so it's more heavy ....but it means it's more robust you can beat the shit out of them they will hold if some fellow m8 here on /out/ has got a beaten nalgen maybe can show you what i'm talking about
>>706483
When you say beat the shit out of them do you mean more than a usual hike? I mean, both of them being steel, I could see them holding up to me just letting them knock around while tied to my pack or frame, or dropping them, or firing them to boil water. I can't imagine subjecting it to much else besides average wear and tear
>>706507
the nalgene is much more thicker so if dropped you can be sure that if the nalgene is leaking the kk would have alredy been broken so if you are into light camping and hike u can use the kk but if you are into hardocre stuff and don't minde the few more ounce u can go with the nalgene
the picture is of a kk that broke just by normal use exposing the welding since is more thin
>>706542
I have never seen one of that what tipe of container is it ?
>>707044
OLD CANTEEN form SPAIN ARMY 80's
very old
>>706181
Had this for 25 years. It’s been to ~40 states, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon. I have no idea how many meals I’ve cooked with it
>>706527
>What is a full stop.
>>707665
That sir is exactly what I'm talking about ...behind that container there's a story ...I like that
>>708230
i like new stuff
i hate looking like a hobo
>>708354
You would throw away a functioning piece of equipment, just because it had a few scratches?
>>707665
Does it have plastic cap? I have the same.
>>708953
i sell them usually and buy new stuff partly to try them out if i think they would do better.
>>708083
I know you are trying to play that stupid american tv show game, but that sentence is so gramatically incorrect that you really shouldn't be throwing stones.....
And the correct name for a "Full Stops" is Period.
Go back to school, annon.
>>706181
>tfw either a nigger, injun or teenager stole my nalgene bottle, then CAD dropped and suddenly the bottles went up to around 13$ each
Feels bad, man.
>>706527
Can you even into English. What caused that hole? Where did you steal that PIC from?
>>709611
Implying that English is everyone first language .....u faggot
The picture was taken from fucking Amazon and the girl that poster the review says that the hole came out after normal using
Hey guys I have pick related. Would this be OK to boil water in? It has that paint over it so idk about it over a flame.
This was a creative thing for me.. I wanted to put a firework in it... I did it then... It almost blew up in my face.. Almost died. Part of the metal went in my face.. Lost a lot of blood.. I am in the hospital.. Prey for me please!
>>709602
You got it wrong, mate.
There is no one correct name for the punctuation mark that indicates the end of a sentence. Commonwealth British English calls that punctuation mark the full stop. American English calls that punctuation mark the period. Both the period and full stop are acceptable names to describe the aforementioned punctuation mark.
Your entire comment reeks of stupidity, please don't attempt to correct others on grammar unless you yourself want to be corrected in turn.

>>710581
Yea, it must be true, because someone online said so.
The fucker was drilled.
>>710893

it gets a nice polish.
