Right here's the deal, planted these few months ago. They've been at this stage for a couple of months or so. Nothing has happened apart from one dying.
Any ideas what to do next?

I always use cuttings with correct soil, keep in a warm sunny area and let them do the rest.

No experience with cactus seeds.
