>The MTech Special Ops Combat Bowie boasts a massive 8 1/2" black traction coated, non reflective 440 stainless blade and measures 13 3/4" overall. The black rubber handle features comfortable finger grooves that gives the user a solid grip under the harshest conditions. Other features include a lanyard hole for attaching 550 Paracord and comes complete with a black nylon belt sheath.
>Special Ops Combat Bowie
Wow, a tactical looking CJ, nice buy!
>under the harshest conditions
stainless steel is great for jungle action, because it will not rust, because its stainless steel with extra black coat!
Tacticool/10

You have a tiny tactical penis?
>>631791
>not getting the M-Tech Xtreme Tactical Fighting Knife
>>631868
I'm getting a tactical boner over all that fantacticalness.
>>631868

>>631791
Whelp, there goes another perfectly good twenty.
>>632014
Functional for what?
>>632022
Cutting.
>Big knife for big cut.
What's wrong with it?
>>632014
>>632052
No, seriously.
>>631868
this tops the tops. it's the hunted for everyone.
>>631791
THAT "knife" is /k/ tier
>>632014
Ok I'll bite.
1. Length. This is the most important down side to this knife. The length mixed with its other flaws makes this knife all but useless.
2. Hand guard. This is unneeded and actually hinders you being able to comfortably do typical things you would while /out/.
3. Rat tail tang. As a tacticool knife this one is whatever. As a bushcraft knife at the length it is; it makes it impractical as sin. This means that batoning with this knife is asking for trouble in very short order. I dislike batoning anyway so I could care less.
4. The black coating on the stainless steel is all but useless and would actually cause issues with food and game processing. Making it less than optimal.
So, what you have is an all but worthless little blade that looks cool but I wouldn't use it. Not in a real practical sense anyway.

Check'd
Okay, thanks.
Saved your tips for next time.
How to remove the coating?
I heard putting the knife in paint stripper does it?
But not the handle - right? DO I just rub it on with a cloth?
Bumping for hep with this:

Depends on the materials used for it. It might seeing as it's probably just some kind of cheap paint like material. There's a few online guides about that sort of deal. I'd Google it but I barely have time to type this reply right now. Sorry.
>M-tech
I might throw up

M tech has a new ad council worth about as much as their knives, apparently.
I have the same exact knife!!! dont throw it into trees because the blade will snap.... the blade goes into the handle but the size reduces causing a week point... Keeps sharp for a while... i got another and have it in my camping bag
>>634850
why did you get another when the previous snapped in half? do you enjoy burning money and making trash?
>>631791
> rate
I'd say 4/$20.
Were you high when you bought that trash?
>>632769
m-tech might suck bro but realize other companies sell m-tech knives with other branding for 2-3 times the price. If you are going to buy questionable bargain bin chinese knives at least get a good price on them through m-tech.

>other companies sell m-tech knives with other branding
Name one and show proof.
It arrived today.
Despite all the shitting on this knife in this thread, it's actually bretty noice.

>>636179
Also forgot to mention, go to master cutlery's website and scroll all the way down after brands:
"OEM (Custom Items)
In addition to the nearly 5000 products that we currently have available in our warehouse, Master Cutlery can easily manufacture custom items that would feature your own company logo or brand. Please be sure to speak with one of our representatives for pricing and more information!"
This single company single handly spawns so much shit gear is unbelievable. You think oh, this website or mag has 36 different brands, nope just all master cutlery shit with a different name stamped on it.

Love daggers
Not much they're great for beyond stabbing things, though
