At its most basic, suspension gives a point of flex between the car and the road.
Too little flex will make the wheels hop around and lose traction, too much will allow the body of the car to smash into the ground upon launch.
A well tuned suspension system will allow the "right" amount of flex to get the weight of the car over the drive wheels (in the case of a RWD vehicle), which will increase the level of traction the tyres have.

It might help, but traction is a combination of a lot of different factors, one of which is suspension.
Road surface and condition, tyres (size, how hard or soft the rubber is, tyre pressure etc, temperature), water/other contaminants on the road surface etc. all play a part in how much traction you have at any given point.
I'm no expert so take this with a grain of salt.

i'd doubt you can't find any penetrating oil of some kind at a bunnings/supercheap/repco. just untighten the bolts slowly (you can sort've feel once they give and then take off slow after that). the bolts around brakes are pretty thick so i doubt they'd snap.
extreme heat and cooling down repeatedly might have been why exhaust ones snapped
you can still try yourself if you're unsure, just take for a test drive afterwards (just at like 50km/h or so, then see the braking.. then try braking hard for one of them) to see if it feels good. replacing brakes yourself you might get squeaking, but i don't think that affects the braking much, or even at all..
if it doesn't feel 'good' then take to mechanics.

Because the zzr1100 is cheap, easier to get parts for Cose they were made for longer, and are generally considered more collectible as they were the original speed demon, so maybe i'll look for a good one, then get a zzr600, then get a new z1000 which is what I actually want.

What car should I get to replace my lexcen wagon? It's shat itself and has too many problems to be viable. Has to be cheap, 1-3 grand budget. 6 cylinder and ample leg room is a must.

I can check/change spark plugs myself but I feel that they serviced it and should be somewhat accountable on the chance that a new spark plug was faulty. I dont touch the car because it's a work car. Am I being spiteful?
