Honestly, on a road like that I might be doing 40-45mph. You look to be going much faster than that. No central lines so narrow road, blind corners, shitty road surface, wet etc. you really should be taking it easy unless you want to end up in a ditch.
How long have you been on the road? Cuz you seem to have entered that "few months to a year so now I'm OVER confident" phase. Which is when you're most at risk.
You never stop learning and never stop improving. I think most people go through a hooligan phase and then settle down after a while. Usually after a few near misses and fuck ups or just from maturity.

Yeah they were cool about it, apperently my dad used to have a real old indian but he's never mentioned it to me. I guess it was a 2 stroke then? The YZ which has been sitting forever has unburnt oil seeping out as well where the muffler connects to the header.
Occasionally when I try to start it, it will make a big BANG as if something is igniting in the exhaust as well.

I think it was just unburnt fuel in the exhaust, because it sat for a long time with the petcock turned on.
