I don't like Carbon that much myself, but all it's just Most Wanted with a few extra cars and some new modes. And it came out just 1 year after MW, making it almost a standalone expansion (like with NFS 3 and High Stakes)
Undercover on the other hand came out four (4) years after Most Wanted and every single aspect of the game was just plain worse. It felt like MW's alpha, it was that bad

Due to limited slots on the tracks in AC can you please go onto the doc and change your name fields background to GREEN if you CAN GUARANTEE you will attend saturdays race, red if you are definitely not,
Players who leave their name entries BLANK will be admitted based on times left on the practice server, players who mark themselves green then don't turn up wont get priority in the next race
If more people are set to green than the track can handle you will be admitted based on times set on the test server. Otherwise it will be done on a lottery based system

It's enjoyable enough, make sure to turn the stability assist off completely, and put the ABS/TC to factory instead of 100%, if you want to play with them.
You'll probably never be as good as people who have wheels, they're simply able to take corners and maintain speed better.
But by no means is it impossible to have fun.

I honestly think all tracks can have like 50 pitboxes if you're willing to just put them in the middle of pit road, effectively doubling (or even tripling) pit space.
Theres no collisions in pit road so it doesnt really matter if you put 3 cars in the same pitbox, or pitboxes in the middle of the road
