Only for the duration of probation. It's called a "suspended imposition" - the charge is basically "pending" until the end of probation, when it is dismissed/reduced to misdemeanor status unless I get probation revoked. Part of a plea agreement my excellent lawyer negotiated when they turned one of my old bitchboys CI and he wore a wire on me. The other bigger cases got dismissed due to lack of evidence/improper procedure.
