They've swapped out their muffler for one that barely muffles anything. The exhaust system makes way more of a difference than displacement.

I hit my right shoulder pretty badly against a wall while crashing once and it hurt horribly for about 2 weeks. I went to the ER but had nothing, they just told me to take ibuprofen and chill, it would heal in time.

Hi guys,
So a guy did an illegal u-turn in front of me and totaled my bike. Now I need a new bike and am unsure of what to get.
I ride a 2009 r6s.
Commute about 50 miles roundtrip every day. Half of that is lane splitting through narrow lanes, the rest is easy highway cruising at 80mph.
I loved my R6 and it was not uncomfortable at all, so I am not opposed to get another one. However, I have been itching to get something that is more of a tourer and gets better gas mileage. The r6 at times had way too much power for just lane splitting down narrow streets, but it was plenty for the highway when I needed it.
I have been looking into:
R3- maybe too small and slow for highway use, great mpg
fz6r- affordable :), detuned and only 60hp, wtf. :(
fz-07- seems like a better alternative, decent price, decent performance
fz-09 nice, but i'm not digging the price
cbr, can't really find any for sale near me.
I am thinking I might have to go to a dealership and get a loan, since I need transportation asap and don't have money saved up to drop on a private transaction. Who knows when I will get my check from insurance.

What do you define as cheap?
Depends. I've found that the DR350/XR400 bikes are decent for what they are. Not too little, and not too big. Just small enough that it's not a bull in a china shop for new offroad riders and just large enough that you can do 70mph on the interstate if you're geared right.
