The CRF_R is a MX bike. Very light. CRF_X is enduro. Slightly heavier and slower but still based on the R. The CRF_F is a trail bike. Outdated, slow, and relatively heavy. The CRF_L is a dual sport. The seating position felt strange at first but I've got the hang of it now. The mirrors are total shit, it's difficult to see directly behind you.
Overall I get way more fun out of it, even with stock exhaust the noise makes me giggle. Also way more road presence, people take a lot of notice and give me more space.
