Motherfucking winter-edition

Old one is a tad full and doesn't have this info.
Shamefully copied from legendary VINbro's threads.
>I am able to run VINs and plates. For plates, the plate and state are needed. Plates do work most of the time, but VINs are more reliable.
>Please remove hyphens (dashes) from VINs/plates - unless they happen to be part of a vanity plate. This makes copying and pasting easier.
>I can only run cars in/originally in the USA/Canada. If they've been exported from the USA/Canada, a report with their time here will be available. Not yet sure about imported cars.
>Cars need to be of the 1981 model year or newer. That's when standardized VINs began. Anything older simply cannot be run for a report.
>There are never I(i), O(o), nor Q(q) in VINs. This is to avoid confusion with 1 and 0. So if you are unsure, it is always 1 or 0 (not the case for classic cars, but they cannot be run anyway).
>VINs must be 17 characters exactly. No more, no less.
>If you want the PDF-file send me an email at [email protected]. Please leave a reply in the thread saying that you've done so, as I might forget to check the mailbox from time to time

Taurus, right?

And please guys, try your best to spell it out and post it as text. Its completely ok if you guys can't, I won't refuse to do VINs over such silly things, but if you can type it then please do. Imagine if everyone just gave screenshots and images, making stuff take twice as much time as necessary

>>
Question, if you're willing to answer.
How are you able to run VINs?
>>
>>13986410
http://www.autocheck.com/

Got a subscription to this, download PDF-versions of the reports and upload them to Diigo, and then give out sharelinks to the dear citizens of the glorious Peoples Republic of North K/o/rea
>>
>>13986422
When does your autocheck subscription expire?
>>
>>13986444

On the 14th - but its a recurring subscription, and I'm doing it as a service to the community so I won't stop any time soon unless I die or somehow there aren't any VIN's left to run

Just dont do what my buddy did with his 320d wagon that had done 120 000km with zero rust and leather interior for a 318d with rusted wheelarches, a broken headgasket and 230 000km on the clock because he wanted manual instead of automatic...

traded the 320d wagon for the 318d, also a wagon*

Pure trade, he did not receive any extra money... and when trying to replace the headgasket the guy at the workshop (the owner/my friend is not mechanically capable) found that the main jets were also completely fucked

if you can afford to run/maintain an older BMW, you can afford to run/maintain a newer Lexus
>>
>>13996864
Maybe he wants/needs something witth more space than what something like the IS SportCross could offer?

Maybe the BMW is going for a very decent price?

Unless its done a fuckton of miles the past 11 months then it has done under 100 000 miles, and from the photo it looks to be in really nice condition... doesn't sound like a terrible car to me at all

Now shoo, get back to your benchracer thread or wherever you seem to belong
>>
>>13996885

That's what the Lexus RX is for.

It's like you don't even know how to grocery shop.

2bh though I forget that eurofags don't have access to proper SUVs/trucks, so station wagons are really the only semi-practical vehicle for the masses.

Sorry about that, maybe you can come live in North America when Syrians destroy your country.
>>
>>13996926
Any part of my dear old Norway that the syrians will have any interest of bombing or shooting up will be one of the larger cities, aka the areas I couldn't give all that much of a fuck about

And hey, they can come hunt me out here in the wilderness, but thus far not a single syrian refugee has set their foot on our frozen soil, refusing to get off the buses because they think its too dark, too cold and too much forest

I'd like to see what happens if they try to invade Finland tho

>>

To be precise, it's the limit that can be run by anyone. The lack of a standardized system (and thus entirely proprietary) made it impossible.

But I'm just nitpicking.

Oke no prob... does anyone know where I can find "STAMPED" hidden vin number on a Chevrolet Monza. I can only see riveted VIN plates right under the windshield and engine compartments, but to register this vehicle regional laws require stamped numbers :/
>>
>>14003126

Sounds like an odd law. Do they even check? Never heard of DMV going and actually looking.

Try these locations.

http://www.dmv.org/vehicle-history/find-vin.php

Obviously not car specific, but it's a good start. I've noticed the VIN on a lot of unexpected places on my truck. Take a look around, including underneath.

There was also a suggested VIN for a 626, but he said he's looking for an RX-7, so it's not that. What I'm guessing is that either there's a typo that's making it not come up as a suggestion (more likely) or the VIN was illegally swapped from a clean 626 to a dirty RX-7 (less likely).

Or some other issue like it not being for the NA market, or something like that.

profile ranks or whatever, my bad friendo

basically, it's too much work to setup a smurf or a cheater account anymore so a lot of people don't bother anymore

I'm in the same zone, but I'm always premade so luckily I'll avoid having any ruskie fucks on my team

>>14011966

Tried casual or DM? A lot of people are very blatantly using cheats to get rank 3 quickly
A lot of them also buy accounts for next to nothing and use them
