I have owned two e46 coupes, the one in the pic has 240k miles and the subframes were good
also I know several e46 drift cars with stock subframes holding up good
the cooling isnt too bad either but I had to change the thermostat for the 240k mile 328, the engine was running too cool

Right, Part 1 of the December updates will go live shortly. In this wave, there are just over 80 new designs, to be followed next week by a further 25 or so, then a further update shortly before Christmas. The next updates will contain a lot more racing-inspired designs, and the /dbt/ pack, among others.
As I mentioned before, all orders will now come with free shipping until further notice, just put 'BSGASHIT' in the voucher field.
I'd like to take this moment to thank everyone for their continued support, enthusiasm, and most of all patience, when things haven't gone to plan. I can assure you that every single order currently outstanding has been shipped, and I'd expect a pretty massive influx of orders to start hitting people over the next few days. For people who've been waiting, I'm sorry that everything got fucked up, I'll always do my best to make amends, so as always email me at [email protected] if you haven't received anything. Things can get busy, but I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.

If it helps, I've got a lot more varied designs in the works, based on a wider selection of themes, but I wasn't happy with how some came out. Part 2 of the update should rectify things once I've tweaked them, then the Christmas one will round things out, bringing the total number of designs to around 290-300. I'll also be pruning a few of the less popular designs to make room, so the content should all be of a higher quality overall. To be honest, I'd have happily delayed the update until next week or so to include everything, given the chance.

Royal Mail doesn't do tracking? The US Post Office will give you tracking numbers for free on any packages. It was nice and easy when I mailed those Twingos.
Idk about DHL, but it seems like UPS and FedEx have retarded rates for shipping stuff if you aren't a big business. It was giving me quotes of $15 to ship a 6oz plushie while the US Post Office was $3.

Fedex and UPS basically require business contracts to do shipping.

Sure, it would say a sent address but it wouldn't have to be the company he's pairing with. In fedex you can change ship from address to whatever you want.
If I had more influence in the company I work for I would definitely let him use our shipping account to send out orders but unfortunately that's not the case.
