Look - KY is a rural, poor, god-fearing, conservative state. The few people that actually vote are spiteful of those 'sponging off their taxes' from the lower economic class, the Govt telling them their Baptist churches MUST allow gays to get married and "Obama! - Obama! - Obama!". Bevin got elected by something like 16% of all eligible voters. A huge population of poor people - just don't vote. This is why so many thousands of poor Kentuckians will probably lose access to healthcare this year. So things will continue to get worse in KY for the next few years.
