How long did it take you guys biking to start recognizing differences with your body? Endurance (biking or running), muscle size, etc? And what changes did you notice first? All that stuff is my question here
riding a bike every day is treating my depression and manging my diabetes II
and it made me better at sex by giving me more leg strength
so, thanks bikes
My bum is feeling firmer after a month

My legs and arse were more nicely shaped and I got out-of-breath a lot less. I also generally have more energy now than before I exercised (talking several years ago now).
thank mr bik

Got extra fat once, after i stopped commuting to work for 6 months instead of just the snow season.
Alternatively, started seeing concrete muscle growth on calves and just above the knees after about 5-6 rides of >50km.

I've been cycling since i was 4. I haven't really had the opportunity to observe the difference versus i had hadn't.

I got fatter.

I was six when I noticed I had a peepee and my sister didn't.

I bike because it is fun, and I enjoy it a lot more than driving or riding in a car. I could give a fuck about the shape of my ass or health in general.

I was healthy and had some leg muscle before I got into cycling, I don't think I really noticed major life/body changes until I'd been riding for a few years.

I didn't start seriously biking until about a year ago.
I noticed major psychological differences within a week. Getting daily exercise really does wonders for mental health.
I noticed I'd lost significant weight in fat within the first month. It didn't take much longer until I regained that weight in muscle.
