Just saw this story on the news and immediately came here. Figured /n/ would have a thread. Apparently there were multiple calls to police minutes before reporting the suspect was driving erratically. Too bad cops didn't get to him, lives would have been saved.

Cager =/= car driver
There are lots of courteous, safe car drivers in my bike-friendly city who share the road appropriately. As a cyclist I return the favor.
There are also a few douches who yell/scream/cut off. As a citizen I feel harassed, threatened and unsafe near them.
The latter are dicks, especially because I know and follow all road rules as pertaining to cyclists in my state. If one ever clips me they're loosing a rearview or a windshield...

In two years of cycling I have encountered just one douche, I failed to clip on the first attempt at the traffic light, and the guy was impatient, so yelled me to go to the bike lane. It was a young dude, one of those people with a small shit car which they use like they are racing cars, accelerating and braking at every traffic light.
