So I picked up biking during the summer.
Long story short I've fallen in love with it.
My question you people, Is there any way I can upgrade/mod a 1978 Ross Gran Prix 2 bike for winter riding In Philadelphia?
Also, recommend winter wear, and general tips
There's specific threads for both of your questions, please use those and delete this one. Thanks.

I'll help you there.

Short legs

No, my legs are pretty long.
Anyways, I think we should go to the proper thread.
How did this thread get so far without anyone noticing that OP's fork has obviously been crash damaged? I'm surprised the bike is still rideable, steering it must be an adventure.
Also, that's a very creative DIY downtube shift mount.

I do enjoy the black matte frame.
But looks like a Takura Kabuto to me.

you directed that at an anon who simply thinks you're a fat head communist. You really don't have an idea what you're doing besides being stupid.

Fork is super bent from a front-end collision, frame may very well be compromised also.
No mods for it.
Prepare to fall frequently until you learn not to fall.
