AoT have put out a bunch of OVAs that no one cares about and I think S2 is coming in 2016.
Yowapedal just released a recap movie/OVA in June and an original movie is coming in August so it will probably be a while before we see S3. Plus there's like six or seven theatrical stage plays out. The Yowapedal hype ride might be a little slow for a while but it certainly is not over yet.

2. It can help but sprinting really comes down to muh genetics. More weight will help you sprint better but dont confuse muscle/ engine weight with fat. Check out Caleb Ewan stage 1-3 sprints @ the 2015 TDU the guy weighs around 60kg but can sprint against the likeness of the guerilla and other WC sprinters. Form and Technique is important.

When final boss Manami was about to completely destroy Onoda and I was about ready to pack it in and head home for the first interhigh and the only reason he loses is because he SHIFTS UP ON A CLIMB like an idiot.

You need to understand literary devices and themes. There's a lot more to it than just losing. Izumida lost to show the difference between the mentalities of him and Sohoku. He was inexperienced and didn't know defeat (pretty sure they even tell you as much during the episode so how you missed this I don't know).
And Manami's loss is sort of closure on his whole character arc. He never rode how anyone told him too and this is what lead to his defeat.
The whole race was triumphing against adversity. Hakogaku was straight better than Sohoku.

The real problem is a big part of the look is the slammed stem so you'll get too much saddle- bar drop to be even vaguely useable unless you're a cartoon character.
